We have embarked on a journey of comprehensive business and digital transformation over the last two years. Our transformation programme, Phoenix, was launched in July 2022, and ever since it has undertaken a multi‑fold approach to usher in incremental changes to our culture, processes, systems and the way of working at Tata Projects.
