Ms. Subhra Gourisaria is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and holds a Diploma in IFRS by ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK).

She has over 20 years of experience in Business Finance, Financial Strategy, P&L Management, Controllership, Taxation, Audit and handling financial operations in diverse, multi-geographical and complex businesses.

Raman Kapil is President and COO – Buildings & Infra, Tata Projects Ltd and remains responsible for the performance of the Urban Infrastructure Business Group – a division which comprises of projects such as Buildings, Airports, Data Centres, Factories, Metros, Tunnels, Pump Storage, Water, Roads, Bridges, Ports, Defence and Nuclear.

With over three decades of experience, Raman joined Tata Projects from HCC in 2015 and has led many successful projects like Pune and Chennai Metro, Dedicated Freight Corridor and more.

Mr. Rajiv Menon is President and COO – Energy and Industrial, Tata Projects Ltd. He remains responsible for Businesses such as Energy and Resources, Advanced Technology Facilities, Power& Metals, Transmission & Distribution, International Business, TQ cert and TPL Services.

Earlier, Mr Menon was with Black & Veatch (India) where he was the Managing Director for nearly a decade. Prior to this, he also served a long stint with Tecnimont.

Ms. Preiti Patel is the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Tata Projects Limited and a Managing Committee member.

Preiti is spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy, aiming to seize emerging opportunities and drive sustainable profitable growth. This includes focussing on building and implementing strategies for new business lines, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, policy advocacy, and enhancing the organization's brand, in addition to driving business process excellence and sustainability interventions.

Mr. Uppalapati Venkata Phani Kumar is the Chief Operating Officer – Special Projects at Tata Projects Ltd. and remains responsible for Special Projects like HRRL and DFCC.

Mr. Neeraj Agrawal is Chief Operating Officer – Tata Projects Ltd and remains responsible for various important functions within the organisation such as Project Controls, Procurement, IT and Digitization, Project Management Office, Central Engineering, Corporate Safety and Corporate Quality.

Prior to joining Tata Projects Ltd, Neeraj was the Managing Director of McDermott India. Prior to McDermott, he was in leadership roles at Technip FMC, ABB Lummus, Kinetics Technology International India Ltd and Larsen & Toubro Limited.

Ms. Rashna Mistry joined Tata Projects as General Counsel wherein she is also a member of the Managing Committee. Based out of Mumbai, she provides leadership and direction to the Contracts & Legal function.

Rashna comes with a rich experience of more than 26 years in the Legal and Contracts function.She has worked extensively in management of litigation, arbitrations, regulatory/government investigations, criminal/ civil actions and cross border matters in various jurisdictions in India and abroad.
