But I have always believed value is far broader. Value is trust. Value is clarity. Value is how people feel when they work with us, partner with us, or rely on us. As General Counsel, leading Legal, Contracts, Ethics, Compliance, and Secretarial functions, I naturally view this through the lens of fairness and transparency. Over time, I have come to see that legal thinking does not stand apart from ethics—it is strengthened by it.
