India of my dreams @2047

India of my dreams @ 2047

‘Viksit Bharat’ – the India of my dreams is a country that embodies inclusivity, innovation, and infrastructure. With these three pillars (3i) central to the progress of our country, growth will be equitable, sustainable, and beneficial for every citizen.

As we celebrate our 78th Independence Day on the 15th, it is time to envision the future we aim to build. India, in 2047, will mark a century of freedom—a milestone that compels us to dream bigger, strive harder, and achieve more.

‘Viksit Bharat’ – the India of my dreams is a country that embodies inclusivity, innovation, and infrastructure. With these three pillars (3i) central to the progress of our country, growth will be equitable, sustainable, and beneficial for every citizen.

Inclusivity – the ‘I’ that empowers every citizen

‘Making India a developed nation by 2047’ is the ambition of every Indian. Driving that dream would be inclusivity. Inclusivity means the dismantling of systemic barriers that hinder social and economic mobility. It will be about ensuring equal access to education, healthcare, and employment.

A dynamic culture of entrepreneurship would thrive and we shall embrace the potential of the population residing in the hinterland, marching towards collective governance.

Innovation – the ‘I’ that drives technology and creativity

India is the 5th largest economy in the world now and is all set to achieve its dream of a $30 trillion economy by 2047.

In the India of my dreams, we are at the forefront of technological advancements and creative solutions that address both, local and global challenges. Our commitment to innovation will drive competitiveness, enhance productivity, and improve the quality of life for all citizens.

Infrastructure – the ‘I’ that is the backbone of development

India is poised to shift gears and move on to the fast track of development. In 2047 I envisage my country to have world-class infrastructure that shall support seamless connectivity, efficient transportation, and sustainable urbanization. Robust infrastructure will be the foundation for sustained economic growth and improved quality of life.

Infrastructure development will not be restricted just to urban areas. I see increasing growth in agricultural and digital infrastructure that shall lead to the integration of rural communities into the broader economy and revolutionize the way we design, construct, and manage infrastructure projects.

Sustainable development shall be the guiding force behind our march towards prosperity. Our commitment to environmental stewardship will ensure that economic growth does not come at the expense of our natural resources.

As we embark on the journey toward 2047, let us remember that the future we envision is built on the actions we take today. The India of my dreams is within our reach—a nation of prosperity, inclusivity, and innovation, where every individual can thrive, and where our progress is both sustainable and equitable.
