Incidence of fluorosis diseases in Nalgonda in AP was targeted by TPL to offer a
solution to the affected villagers .TPL has Engineered, Manufactured & installed 365
RO plants capacity 200LPH to 5000lph, designed to reduce fluoride within limits as per ISO
10500 and WHO standard from raw subterranean water containing high fluoride.
Normally the reject water from the RO unit is thrown to the ground which is
more saline than the raw water itself thus contains higher amount of fluoride which
in turn contaminate the ground water over the years
While producing safe drinking water RO plants also produces reject water with high
fluoride PPM higher than raw water which further contaminate the ground water.
TPL has tied up with CSMCRI, and developed a pilot plant to remove the excess fluoride from RO reject water.
In this method the reject water is further treated with our system to remove excess
fluoride from the reject water. The discharged water contains does not contain fluoride and
does not contaminate the ground water.
First Environmental friendly RO Poilet plant in India
The residue from the process predominantly consisting of lime is used as
material for white washing for village houses, school buildings.
Zero ground discharge of Fluoride.
